To complete your registration, the registration fee needs to be fully paid in US dollars before the registration deadline. In order to enjoy early bird registration price, you should complete your registration by August 25.

Full Paper: Presenting orally or by poster of your paper which will be published into the conference proceedings.
Abstract: Presenting orally or by poster of your paper at the conference without publication. 
Delegate: Attend the conference as audience without any presentation or paper publication. You are recommend to register directly through the Online Registration System.

Safety Reminding

Please keep all your belongings (laptop, moblie phone etc.) with you in the public.
Conference organization is not responsible for the loss or damage of any valuables of the attendees.
Wearing your name tag when you enter the meeting room.
Name tag is not allowed to be lent to other persons.
Do not bring irrelevant persons into the meeting room.

Cancellation Policy

Each participant needs to finish the registration before attending the conference. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can arrange someone else of co-authors and inform the conference secretary.

Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretary through iceoe@ieet.ac.cn
60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
