Submission Types


Full Paper (Microsoft Version | Latex Version)

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit your full research paper to ICEOE 2025. Accepted full papers will be invited to give oral or poster presentation at the conference, which will also be published in the conference proceedings.

Abstract  (Microsoft Version)
If you don't want to get your full paper published. You're advised to submit just abstracts to ICEOE 2025. Accepted abstracts will just be invited for presentation at the conference, which will not be included into conference proceedings.

Submission Guidelines


Abstracts or full papers need to in English only.
Abstracts and full papers will be reviewed by an international panel of reviewers anonymously.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high quality papers which is original and has not been submitted and published elsewhere.
Manuscripts should be at least 6 full pages and at most 20 pages, additional fee will be charged if exceeding 12 pages.
The reviewing process of the conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews, who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.


Submission Policy


All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

Publication Ethics and Penalty against Plagiarism

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
